The WDM Virtual Dance Competition will provide the opportunity for dancers from around the world to receive constructive feedback from top international-renowned judges and to share their passion for the dance art form with dancers and enthusiasts globally.

THE WDM VIRTUAL DANCE COMPETITION IS ALSO A QUALIFIER FOR THE ‘WORLD DANCER OF THE YEAR’ COMPETITION 2026 IN ITALY!
How It Works:
• Video Submission: You upload your video(s).
• Judging: Our panel of judges will review your submission and provide recorded vocal feedback, available after the competition concludes.
• Live Broadcast & Award Ceremony: On April 11, 2026, all entries will be broadcast live (without the comments from the judges), followed by a pre-recorded Award Ceremony where we’ll announce the winners.
AGE CATEGORIES:
• STUDENT: 7-11 years old
• JUNIOR: 12-16 years old
• SENIOR: 17 years old and over
DANCE CATEGORIES:
• CLASSICAL / NEO-CLASSICAL BALLET
• CONTEMPORARY / MODERN
• JAZZ / LYRICAL
• SHOW DANCE / OPEN / TAP
• STREET DANCE / COMMERCIAL
• BEST CHOREOGRAPHY – GROUPS ONLY
• GROUPS:
Groups will only enter the Best Choreography Category (all styles and age groups will be judged in this category together for best choreography)
