Who can do more, can do less – that is marion’s motto. Freshmotion, through velocity and body control, aims to bring bodies to deliver their full potential to gain endurance and speed through an adapted physical preparation.
The Floorwork technique engages the body in a higher awareness of the ground and the body’s center, using the floor. Marion’s energetic dance, stunt, driven by her experimentations in capoeira, is a way to bring the dancing body to poetry.
Fluidity is an important part of her work, as well as each participant’s creativity through improvisation and research work on movement. She found inspiration and creativity within the physical dance theatre of B.F.A.M, and created a full-bodied and highly energetic dance technique.
