In this course, we will travel between the stages “Physical expense – exhaustion – rejuvenation” to explore and develop their artistic potential.
We allow ourselves to take time in exercises, improvisations, actions, reflections…in ourselves…Perhaps this trip helps us to push our boundaries and create new, creative and personal spaces.
