Artistic Director Olga Pango and the team at Istanbul Junior Ballet are seeking classically trained dancers (including pointe work) for internship contracts beginning October 5th, 2025. In addition to extraordinary technique, a strong individual artistic voice and a collaborative spirit are highly valued.

The company season will begin with 5 performances of Don Quixote, followed by 8 performances of The Nutcracker. Junior dancers will experience professional company life and, most importantly, will be encouraged and given opportunities to perform a variety of soloist roles.
