  • Maximum File Size: 65KB
  • Accepted File Types: JPG, JPEG, PNG
  • Tip: Always balance quality and file size for the best results.

How to Optimise Your Image


1. If your image is smaller than 960 x 540px
  • Open your image in Photoshop.
  • Go to: Image > Resize > Canvas Size → Enter 960 x 540px.
  • Extend the background (choose white or match your image background).
  • Save via: File > Export > Save for Web → Adjust export quality to stay under 65KB.
2. If your image is larger than 960 x 540px
  • Open your image in Photoshop.
  • Go to: Image > Image Size → Set to 960 x 540px.
  • Save via: File > Export > Save for Web → Adjust export quality to reduce file size.
3. If your image is not horizontal/landscape
  • Open your image in Photoshop.
  • Go to: Image > Crop → Select a 960 x 540px landscape area.
  • Save via: File > Export > Save for Web → Adjust export quality.

If you don’t have Photoshop, you can use Canva, a free online tool:

  1. Go to Canva.
  2. Click Create a design → Custom size → Enter 960 x 540px.

    • Choose JPG format (smaller file size than PNG).
