AUDITION GET THE FLOOR_extended program 2023/2024
“Get the floor_extended program” is a two-year professional training program designed for urban and contemporary dancers who aspire to turn their passion for dance into a career and wish to deepen their knowledge of dance and the world of live performances by interacting with active dancers and choreographers in the international contemporary scene.
If you wish to participate in the audition, please send us:
– CV with a photo
– A video link of maximum 2 minutes showcasing a choreography or improvisation that includes elements of floorwork and standing work.
The videos should be uploaded to your YouTube or Vimeo channel and made visible without any password (no video editing or showreels).
Submit your application by August 25th, 2023, to the email address info.getthefloorex@gmail.com.
Candidates who successfully pass the video selection will be invited to take part in the in-person audition, which will be held on:
September 2nd, 2023
at The Gate Florence Dance Urban School, located at Via del Padule 64/A, Scandicci (FI).
