Through the study of anatomy and biomechanics, we will learn to move more efficiently by harnessing gravity, inertia, and balance. By understanding how we interact with space and how to use our bodies ergonomically, we optimize energy, reduce muscular effort, and unlock new movement possibilities.
Additionally, we will immerse ourselves in the study of spirals, which is one of the most natural and efficient ways to move. By integrating these patterns into our bodies, we will discover a sense of continuity and expansion that will transform the way we dance. Spirals not only allow us to move with greater ease and without blockages but also open up an infinite range of expressive possibilities.
For those looking to take their practice to a more advanced level, we explore soft acrobatic movements adapted for dance. Through fluid and accessible sequences, we incorporate elements that expand our movement vocabulary while maintaining both safety and harmony.
