The masterclass will be based on the choreographic work behind the creation of “La NONA”, in particular on the dynamics of action and reaction, working on the sensitization of the large parts of the body and the small ones and on the different degrees of tension and relaxation.

We will also work on the relationship with music, focusing on the attention to accents, to the changes between ” piano, pianissimo and forte” , to the return of the theme in a monumental work such as Beethoven’s IX Symphony ”
About the teacher Flavia Bucciero:
Flavia Bucciero, dancer, choreographer and dance therapist, is a member of APID (Italian Professional Association of Dance Movement Therapists), where she also served on the board. Originally from Naples, she studied with renowned artists such as Etienne Decroux, Christian Trouillas of Pina Bausch’s Tanztheater, Ko Murobushi, Maria Fux, and Lilia Bertelli, among others. She graduated with top honors in Naples with a thesis on Antonin Artaud.
She has taught movement and music at the National Dance Academy as part of the EducANDo in Danza program. She is the artistic director of the company Con.Cor.D.A./Movimentoinactor Teatrodanza.
She teaches Contemporary Dance (Teatrodanza) and Dance Therapy. She also serves as vice president, co-artistic director, and choreographer of the Consorzio Coreografi Danza d’Autore – Con.Cor.D.A.
