CobosMika SEEDs Programme 2025/26

The SEEDs Programme is CobosMika Company’s professional contemporary dance training and development initiative, designed to equip dance artists with highly refined technical, creative, and performance skills, preparing them for entry into the professional dance life.

SEEDs is CobosMika Company’s professional training and development programme in the art of movement. It aims to transmit the company’s philosophy and experience to a new generation of dancers.
The programme has been developed by CobosMika’s artistic directors, Olga Cobos and Peter Mika, in collaboration with a dedicated team of teachers, as well as members of the management, production, and technical departments.
CobosMika SEEDs consists of:
SEEDs Training, a two-group educational programme (Red and Blue), and SEEDs Company, the junior company.
With the goal of offering a broad and diverse perspective on the contemporary dance world, several artists are carefully selected and invited to work within the programme each season.
CobosMika SEEDs is the result of an ongoing pedagogical and artistic commitment to emerging dancers. The programme is continuously evolving and has earned a solid reputation both nationally and internationally as one of the most engaging, high-quality, and decentralised professional dance training opportunities in the region.
The SEEDs programme runs from October to June, with regular classes held Monday to Friday.
Some of our guest-choreographers teachers included in this season 2025/26 are Sarah Baltzinger, Francesco Gammino, Mathieu Geffré, Jonathan Sanchez, Marina Rodriguez, Ralf Jaroschinski, Manuel Ronda, Jos Baker, Manel Salas, among others.

Send your CV and a headshot photo

Send two video links:
• A short presentation video in English, French, or Spanish (max. 2 minutes) briefly introducing yourself and explaining why you want to join the SEEDs programme.
• A dance video showing your technique and improvisation in contemporary dance, including floorwork (max. 5 minutes).
