Energy is the link between bodies and awareness of flow, relational moving and presence. Through the workshop Benoit Lachambre proposes multiple ways of recognizing flow and multidimensional polymorphic experiences. Mixing the senses and expending the consciousness of joy and support, we dive into energy flow in order to free each-other into full scale shinning. Body and mind extension are used as bowing methods to enjoy multiple supportive forces that surrounds and occupy us. This brings us into collective mind sets. All is done through improvisational time. while inducing specific alignment and sensorial exercises in order to sustained free flow and exponentially the emergence of phenomenological events that increase joy.

Benoît Lachambre’s biography:

Constantly developing himself in the field of dance since the 70’s, Benoît Lachambre is initiated to release techniques and improvisation methods in 1985, as these kinaesthetic approaches and skills leave its marks on his choreographic and pedagogical work. His constant deep enquiries of hyper awakening of the senses, based on somatic practices, explore the elaboration of movement through space and contextualisation, recognising living spaces and dreaming body transformations. In his creations, Benoît equally aims at modifying the performer’s empathic experience with the audience. Among those artists, who influenced him the most, Benoît Lachambre counts Meg Stuart he regularly collaborates with, but also Amélia Itcush with her work on the dispersal of the weight in the body.
Besides his work as choreographer and dancer, Benoît Lachambre gained a high degree of recognition as teacher by giving workshops and classes all over the world for over 30 years.
